We use your personal information to match candidates with employment opportunities, facilitate communication between candidates and employers, process applications, and manage your account.

Development Programs

Information you provide helps us tailor our training and development programs to your specific needs, career goals, and destination country requirements.

Communications

We may use your contact details to send service-related notifications, updates about your application status, relevant job opportunities, program announcements, and newsletters (where you have opted in).

Legal and Compliance

We may process your data as required by applicable laws and regulations, including data retention obligations under German and EU law.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

Employer Partners

With your explicit consent, we share your professional profile, qualifications, and application materials with prospective employers in Germany and the European Union who are part of our partner network.

We engage third-party service providers for hosting, analytics, payment processing, and communication services. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the services they provide to us.
